Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the restaurant MamaBoon and its customers. They apply to any order placed by phone, via the MamaBoon website at https://www.mamaboon.fr, as well as in-person at the point of sale using our self-service kiosks. By placing an order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions of sale without reservation, except for any prior written agreement from MamaBoon. The general terms and conditions of sale are available on the website and at the point of sale and are subject to change without notice.

Customers have the option to place an order and make payment in-person at the point of sale using our self-service kiosks. Orders can also be placed online via our website by selecting the desired products and providing the required information. Payment can be made online by credit card. Orders will be confirmed by email and will be final upon receipt of this email.

Orders placed online or in-person at the point of sale can be picked up directly at the MamaBoon restaurant at the specified time indicated during the order. In the event of a delay in availability, the restaurant will contact the customer by phone.

In the event of an order error on the part of MamaBoon, we undertake to refund and/or exchange the affected product with the customer’s agreement.

If an order has been placed, the customer has the option to modify their order by calling the restaurant within 10 minutes of placing the order.

The prices of products are displayed on our website and at the point of sale and are expressed in euros, including all taxes. Payment for orders can be made online by credit card, or in-person at the point of sale using the accepted payment methods.

MamaBoon guarantees that the products picked up at the restaurant will be in accordance with the recorded order. In the event of a missing or non-compliant product, the customer must inform MamaBoon within a reasonable time and no later than 24 hours after pickup. The customer can then request a replacement of the products or a refund of their price.

MamaBoon is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of personal data transmitted during the order process. Information regarding the processing of personal data is specified in our privacy policy available on our website.

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the registered office location of MamaBoon.

Mediation:

The client has the option of contacting the National Association of Mediators (ANM). Before entering it, the Customer must write to the restaurant by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt:
