On April 11, 1976, I left Saigon with my family to escape the consequences of the war and build a new life in France. Since then, I have built a life in France, but my Vietnamese roots have remained buried within me

This year, on April 11, 2023, I am leaving with my tribe for Vietnam for the first time. It’s a journey of self-discovery to explore my roots, rediscover the flavors of my childhood, and introduce this culture to my wife, my children, and myself.
